    <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke to a CSR yesterday about reopening a 10 yr old cc with JCP. &amp;nbsp;I know, it was a long shot, but it was worth the try. &amp;nbsp;The CSR of course said I'd have to reapply but told me it would be a soft pull. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is that even possible?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
