Removing my name from ex-husband's citicard?

I was divorced in July of 07 -- but am still showing up on my ex-husband's citibank MC. I called citibank months ago and they said he had to call to have me removed. I have begged him repeatedly but to no avail. What do I do now? thanks.

I would write them a letter (are you an authorized user or was it joint?). If you are an au, they should remove you because you are not legally responsible for the debt. If not, I would send a letter and sign his name to it - not quite right but he's not playing fair either!

I would not sign his name to it, as it could be construed as forgery, and you don't want to open that can of worms.

However, you can sign your name, notating that you are the Ex-Mrs. soandso. Send a copy of the divorce decree, is an option also.

Have you destroyed the card? I think I would if it were me. But that's only my opinion.
