did HSBC correct everyones credit report?

i checked mine and the "potentially negative (over the limit )" mark is still their....it dropped my score.

i called HSBC about having it removed since it was done in error and the rep kept on talking and talking without really listening to what i was saying.

she said not to wrory and that they will send me a letter saying i am in good standing with them.

i told her i dont care about the letter and that all i care about is my credit report corrected..i was trying to tell her that it might be good on your end but not on Experians end.

but she didnt seem to understand or listening to what i was trying to convey.

I understand your frustration. Sometimes I wonder if those CSR are wealthy and don't understand, use or apply for credit. Many of them seem to only understand the banking side of the business, but not the credit side.

Speaking of HSBC error's.

My good old BBRZMC had a $0 balance on it. Haven't used it since Casear was overthrown. Now it has a balance of -$0.01.

And yes, that is a CREDIT of a penny. From what, I have no idea.
