Amex Reporting ?

I got a amex delta skymiles 9/30 converted it to blue cash same day I received it around 10/09, and first statment ended 10/24. I also received CLI after 30 day period. My second statment just ended 11/25 and today after receiving credit alerts I logged on and see that Amex is finally showing up on my TU AND EQ reports, not showing on EX, and its showing balance and CL of first statment.

Is this normal for amex to report balance of previous statements(month behind) or was this done because this is a new account?

Also when should I begin to get worried about Amex not showing up on EX? Normally EX is always the first to show any changes or updates for me.

Amex is always slow to report and update TLs.

Thanks and it showed up on my EX as well. I'll just have to get used to info updating a statement behind.

Yes, my EQ dropped 11 points, it went from 675 to 664. I haven't gotten an updated fico report for TU/EX yet. Info reported was a 441 bal with a CL of 1000, 44% utiization. I tried making payment before statement date but kept getting error no payment is due. It wasn't until after the statement date passed, that I learned I could've sent payment anyway from checking using bill pay. Hopefully once current CL of 5000 report with 0 bal I get most of those points back.
