Hi,

i was just approved for the amazon store card with a 800 dollar limit. This is now my lowest limit. Does it usually increase?

If its the GEMB card, you can request a CLI after the 4th statement. GEMB is good about giving frequent CLI's

what kind of income do thoes limits typically go to? I have no cards under 5000.

I'm have little first hand knowledge about how high the Amazon store card can get. Mine is at $1400, and I am requesting a CLI at the end of this month when my 4th statement comes out. From my research, you can request a CLI on this card after every 4th statement.

I recall some people here saying they have this card with limits as high as $3000-$4000. I don't recall seeing anybody with limits above that, but that doesn't mean it can't happen.

Ultilize the "4th Statement increase", I had the card for over a year before I knew that. I started with a credit line a lot lower than what you were approved for. But over the course of a year the credit line doubled by hitting that luv button. I actually set up a reminder on my phone every 4 months to the date. I will never miss one again!
