Wife Approved for Chase Freedom, but with low CL.

My wife was approved for a Chase Freedom but with a starting CL of $1500.

Has anyone had any success calling the backdoor number and reconning for a higher starting CL? And if so, should she wait until she receives the card or can she do it now?

True, but I would like to save the headache of calling in if no one has had success doing this.

I understand what you are saying, but the thing is there are no set rules, things are different for everyone. Someone else got declined won't mean you will get declined and vice versa. Remember that you may be that rare one to get good things. And when you call the backdoor number, you dont have to wait any to speak to a live person.

She got approved with a DECENT cl, not a low cl. Thats fine. Just go with it and she will get an increase. All is well friend

I got approved just last week for the Chase Freedom with $4600 CL. The analyst called to verify that I was the one who submitted the application and instantly approved me.
