topic Is Flex Spending Calculated as Revolving? in Credit Cards

My CR tells me I don't have enough revolving credit since my Chase United Visa reports as "open account" and my Citi AA MC doesn't report a CL. I am looking for another good reward card, and was excited about the Cap1 Venture card (2 pts for every $) , but it seems that it reports as Flex Spending. Does anyone know if this will help my revolving credit issue? If not, any recommendation for a good FF reward card for me? Thanks for any help!

Citi just recently announced that their World MC will start report a credit limit. When's the last time you pulled a credit report to check and see if they've applied this to your account?

Ah yes. I did read about that. Did notice a slight uptick in my score this month (706-710 per Scorewatch) but didn't pull a report. I think it may be a few CIs that dropped off as I would have expected the CL reporting to have a more signoficant effect with a 40k CL. I believe they are also changing their reporting to flex spending too? Maybe that would dull the effect of the CL reporting?
