Good Reward Card that Reports as Revolving and shows CL?

OK, I am spinning myself in circles trying to figure out which card is going to help me build my credit (not enough revolving) and still give me at least the rewards I've become accustomed to with my Chase United Visa & Citi Aadvantage MC. (I know, the Citi MC started thankfully reporting limits, but I need one more card.) I was all excited about the Cap1 Venture with it's 2 pts for every $1, but it doesn't meet my needs for reporting as revolving. Any suggestions?

Discover More or Amex Blue, both are revolving cards that never have that threat of being "upgraded" to a Visa Signature or World Mastercard...
