I think so. The distinction between agent and manager has to do with your online access to the account I believe, i.e., can you see all the charges or just your own, things like that. I think any AU has the tradeline reported on their CR.

I'm a AU on my wife's Green Card. I'm also the so called "Account Manager". They report me to all 3 CB's.
