I was a Cap One cardholder for 11 years before I fired them. My statements always generated between those hours. But, I wasn't notified by email a new statement has generated until later.

how weird that you noticed that........i just know they come out on a certain day, sometimes the day after i think they are supposed to come out. but i've only had my capital one card for 2.5 years, so maybe i'll learn one day

There's a delay from the time the statement actually generates and when the customer is notified by email that a new statement is available.

i know. i don't wait for them to tell me. most of my credit cards actually wait a couple days to tell me my statement has generated, so now i just go check for myself.

Exactly. I always got my Cap One statement on the 11th of each month. A few times it was on the 10th.
