Advice Chase Freedom Application Pending

Could some one help me how long does it take to process my wife application is being process we call in today and they advice it will take 2 week they will have answer and that what it tells us when we call in we will get decision 2 week we summit application on 4-26-11 they pulled Experian and then they pull Equifax My was already Approved for American Express Green.

Has anyone ran to scenario?

I'm kinda in the same boat. I applied on 5-1, received the 10-30 day message. I've called once and was told it was denied but they would re-review it. I got a letter asking for ID information (Drivers license, SS Card etc) be sent to them to "help continue the review".

Sent that in last friday so hopefully the automated phone status changes soon to answer if I was approved or denied.

Was in the same exact situation last week when I applied. I called the backdoor number the next day and they just had to verify my address. I was approved immediately with a CL of $6000. They pulled by TU and EX reports.

Chase is always wanting to verify addresses. They will call or send a letter. For the Freedom card, they called me. For the Amazon Visa, they sent a letter and I called them.

My wife got letter in mail today that she was denied for Chase Freedom could I get some help how to request reconsideration she was Approved for Amx Green charge and Blue Preferred cash.

What reasons does the letter state for the denial?

Approved for Amex and denied for Chase? Thank's hinky.

when i applied for my chase card it showed up with my other accounts in less then 5 days but wasn't instant approval

chase is willing to approve almost everybody unless they see something they don't like it wouldn't hurt to keep calling back

I thought that Amx is hard to get I was trying for long time getting approved for Charge and finally I got approved
My wife does not have no LATE payment credit history is 6 years.

amex charge cards are much easier to obtain than amex credit cards
