Shell Gas Card Approval

Ok, so I did get approved for this card with my 729 EQ score. Can anyone give me CLI info on this card? I was given a $400CL to start. Thanks!

I am stuck at $750 for 2.8yrs. PIF every month and I requested a CLI 3 months ago (my 1st CLI request) through their website. It was a HARD (I am still p off) and they came back declined. Stated some BS "insufficient credit history"....and my AAoA is 5.6yrs. Oh well, it's been sitting in the sock drawer for 3 months now, while I am using my Chase Freedom. Not a good company at all to deal with FOR ME. I don't have any other CITI card and never will, lol.

Okay so not sure if you know or not but, I also have the Shell Card and did a CLI request online. Online=HARD PULL. So I read through some of the threads and apparently if you call the automated system and ask for a CLI if one is available, Its a soft pull. So I tried with my Shell and Exxon card through the phone, got denied but it wasnt a hard pull. It was a soft. Not sure who they soft pull from in my state but it didnt show up on my CR as Hard. So always call the automated system. If you speak to a Rep or Do it Online it will result in a HP.

There were mixed information at the time....some say it was hard, some say it was soft. But what I have finally found out for me is...if they ask for HHI, it's hard.
