How do CC Concierge Services work?

Out of curiosity, how does CC concierge work? For instance, can I just call them and ask where the nearest Starbucks located? Or the Concierge service are only CC related issues ( replacement cards, booking flights, reservations )?

Anyone with concierge experiences ? thanks

Awesome. I just got my USAA Amex and have yet to try the concierge. Now I know who to call if I need a tub of nacho cheese.
