Minimum payment more than actual balance?

My PNC Points CC statement just cut. I spent $7.95 during last month which I will pay tomorrow. However, it says the minimum payment due is $8.00.

I'm sure that was just rounded up falsely.

Maybe its the way there computer was programmed, you could call and ask perhaps

Pay the $8.00 and charge 5 cents on bubble gum if the cost haven't inflated to 10 cents for bubble gum.

Another way to look at it. Pay the $8, then call them and ask them to issue you a check for the credit balance!
