topic Apple Store retail... help? in Credit Cards

I have a $100 cash promotion on my new BOA Visa sig cash rewards card that I will receive if I spend $500 on retail in the first 90 days. I was planning on purchasing a new Macbook Air when they came out, and figured this card would be a good way to hit that $500 in retail. My question is, I want a custom Air and can only do that online. How can I find out if the Apple store online is coded as retail? I called up BOA and she said it would be, but I am hesitant to take a CSR's word for it. Thanks!

I think what retail mean is purchase. That is anything other than cash advance and balance transfer.

Yea the second rep I talked to gave me a definition somewhat along those lines. I feel better now with you confirming that. Thanks for the help!
