EX: USAA CC Tradeline Disappears

Yesterday when I checked my CRs, everything was normal. Today I check and on EX my USAA MasterCard tradeline completely disappeared. Called USAA and they seem to think that it will reappear next month and they had various theories about why it may have disappeared -- none of them convincing.

Why would a perfectly good tradeline for an open account suddenly disappear without the creditor being behind it? Any possibilities? Theories?

The one USAA account that disappeared is a year and a half, open and in good condition. There is another USAA account that did not disappear and that one is about 5 years old.
