      <description>Yes, there is a love button. I have a Flex Rewards and mine is under the 4th tab on my screen, the "Customer Center" tab. It's in the section that says 'Credit Card' just above the "change my due date" link.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't know if it's different for everyone...but there's one on mine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;From researching here...and from their terminology when you click the link, it appears it WILL be a hard inq.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you want a CLI with Chase, I would call directly in to credit dept so you can talk to the decision maker while the process is happening! It will be a hard pull and get your ducks in a row before doing it... the stories I have read and heard about is they are not very good about CLI unless they think everything is perfect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
