Chase Luv Button?

Is there a Chase luv button for CLIs?

If so, where is it hiding?

Do they do soft or hard pulls?

Yes, there is a love button. I have a Flex Rewards and mine is under the 4th tab on my screen, the "Customer Center" tab. It's in the section that says 'Credit Card' just above the "change my due date" link.

I don't know if it's different for everyone...but there's one on mine.

From researching here...and from their terminology when you click the link, it appears it WILL be a hard inq.

As another poster already mentioned, there's one in the Customer Center, in the Credit Cards Section; there's also one under 'Products & Services' - from my own experience and what I've read on here, Chase ALWAYS pulls hard inqs for CLI requests.

Both the Customer Center and Prods & Svcs links are on the right side of your account page after you log in.

If you want a CLI with Chase, I would call directly in to credit dept so you can talk to the decision maker while the process is happening! It will be a hard pull and get your ducks in a row before doing it... the stories I have read and heard about is they are not very good about CLI unless they think everything is perfect.

Thanks for the reply, my main question is the button still there, but I understand your concern and I belive your right although seems like chase is a little more leanant when you have a good banking history but who knows

history has certainly not gotten me the waiver of the $6 fee on my checking account for not having direct deposit!

but would be nice to think that history means something with Banks but outside of Credit Unions I don't really think it does.

I was able to get around that fee by depositing money over $500 once a month from my usaa acount than taking it back out however ymmv...now that I told my secret it may go away

Also it took me a while to get this card but I think chase is being more lealianty now that they dont make money off there debit cards, I used the $200 cash back promo as well and my score was only aroun 670 at the time

I will try it, as per usual it seems the person I spoke with said account transfers do not count as a direct deposit so it would not waive the fees. so I usually just write a check off my other account to put into Chase because it takes just the night to clear vs 3+ days to be wired in from my other bank.
