I'm having no luck with Citi recon. I keep getting reps in Manilla that insist the decision is final. I was declined for "too many inquiries" which I can explain. So how do you recon a Citi ThankYou World MC app? The recon number posted goes to Manilla and the reps do not recon at all. Surely Citi has a recon process?
