HSBC Credit Line Decrease Info

Credit analyst told my friend that they recently had a system glitch that incorrectly decreased credit lines on certain products and to call CS to have your CL restored. Of course this does not apply to accounts properly targeted for decreases due to credit standing, etc. She said they restored her CL immediately as she was one of the impacted accounts.

I'm going to call them today. I just found out this morning that I got a CLD to $350 from $1000. My fico score is currently 731. I have a Chase Freedom, Discover More, and an Amex Zync. These jokers are getting fired if that limit isn't restored.

I've got 12k in available credit with almost zero utlilization so a drop in this limit isn't going to hurt. It's just going in the sock drawer.
