Bank of America Signature Visa Rewards Card. How long until i get it?

I got approved for a Bank of America Visa Card on monday and i called on wednesday and they said the card was sent out on tuesday how long until i actually get it? because i was approved for a State Farm credit card and they said they sent it last friday and i got it this tuesday. so when should i expect to get my boa card?

im just ready for it plus ive noticed some bank cards get here in 2 days and then some wont come for 2 weeks. anyone with Bank of America Credit Card experience wno can tell me how long it takes?

Took about 7 days for mine to come, and it was an instant approval. I believe it was mailed from Pheonix, AZ.

If you responded to an offer\invite you got in the mail, I'd say a week after you were approved, no more than 10 days. If they sent it out Tuesday, you might want to be sure to check your mailbox as soon as tomorrow though. They want them in peoples hands as fast as possible so they can rack em up lol (don't do that though).

Being (if I read right elsewhere) you just turned 18, please be careful with those, they can be great if you use them carefully and within your budget but they can break you faster than you'll ever get a $300 secured card again if they're handled wrong (just a reminder, you're playing with financial fire). Remember, if the issuer doesn't like what they see in how someone uses them or what they soft pull to check (they'll watch your activity rather closely for some time btw). They can cut the limit or close them even faster then they sent them.

Basically, they're handing you the keys to a Financial Ferrari and seeing if you can get it around the track without a crash, or even a tire squeal really (they want to see you drive it like a Prius).

I waited two and a half weeks for mine to arrive, and when I called customer service they apologized and told me it was not processed and they expedited it and express mailed it to me.

My identity was stolen and i cleaned most of it up except a Wells Fargo Credit Card that was opened in 2007 with a $5000 limit on it and when i checked the credit bureaus yesterday my credit scores were as follows

Equifax - 710

Experian - 695

Transunion - 705

Pretty Good for just turning 18 in June

Oh still waiting for the card but talked to BOA yesterday and they said i was approved for a $10,000 limit with a flex spending account.

so what is a flex spending account? plus the card has already poped up on all 3 of my credit reports.

An 18 year old with a $10,000 from BOA no less? And I can't even get them to go over $2000 and I've had a card with them for the past three years (I'm 21). It must be because they saw the Wells Fargo $5000 CL... I know I don't have to warn you, but be careful with that credit limit. When my car broke down I put a new engine on my Cap 1 card and I'm still paying it off today. Congrats on the card though!

thanks for the warning and i think it might be the Wells Fargo card because its been there for 4 years and its never missed a payment plus i work for a company where i make about 8k a month so my credit plus my income would equal a good credit limit right?

haha you sound like me! I just got approved for a Citi card and AMEX Zync last week and I've been checking the mail religiously. I'm hoping at least one will be here tomorrow.

I actually called AMEX and asked them to expedite my delievery since I was going out of town this weekend and didn't want to risk it sitting in my mailbox (which is true, but I really just want the card NOW) and they were all ready to do it but I guess since the initial card was already mailed out and my account wasn't yet activiated, the system wouldn't let them send another yet.

@FloridaState12 - I went and got a Zync last week but then I app'd for the Citi like you did and they went all "elitist" on me and said I had to many inquiries! I wish I knew they were inquiry sensitive before I went on that spree.

haha, jeeze Cap1 is so pathetic. Looks exactly like mine...I have the Cap1 MTV Visa, also with $300 CL, and a Classic Platinum MC with $300 CL. Are you in the credit steps thing? That should help...my MC credit steps should be kicking in by next statement.

@sheaoaurus - That is the same thing that happened to my grandma she has perfect credit over 800 credit scores on all of her credit reports have had the same 10 credit cards for the last 20 years all over 10k credit limit and 4 with over 20k credit limits and she applied for a citi card and she has 6 inquiries in the last 2 years and 1 in the last 6 months and the denied her and she called and they said its because she had to many inquiries in the last 2 years which was crazy!!

Ah! You did the wrong order lol. Although I applied for Discover (and got denied) before the Citi. Got approved for the Citi ($4,000 CL, suck it Cap1) then app'd and got the Zync with presumably NPSL. Then I tried to push the envelope, and applied for Wells Fargo College card and got denied because of...wait for it....too many inquiries.
