hey guys...

newbee here....

On my way back from a total rebuild.....in 2005 eq 645 TU 675 ex 650.....

I have a cap one 2000 limit 0 balance DISC 1300.00 0 balance ....walmart 850 375 balance and a cheveron 750 300 balance BB store 750 limit 400 bal....

tried and was declined paid 4 cards totally off this month but closed them all down....(Not wise I know)

Barclays reasons back in August were

High utilization on another credit card

High number of recent inquires

Insufficent income..

Not planning on getting a new job anytime soon,other 2 will heal with time....Anything else I can do

Barclay has a sensitive computer system for instant approvals.... you need to call the back door number in sticky above... think within 60 days.... they are fab and can over ride in just a couple minutes.

Don't apply if you have any recent TU inquiries. I just applied for the Indianapolis one (save the jokes) and was declined solely because I had recent TU inquiries. Even called for a recon and the rep said he couldnt do anythhing because I had too many inquiries. Not a big deal since Bank of America approved me right after they denied me. BoA > Barclays

I hate it when credit reps get so wrapped up in INQ... if INQ are a fine, then companies like cable, electric, bottle water, gas.. ETC should NOT be allowed to pull HARD pulls... it's obsured.

+100 if they dont report to our CR's on a monthly basis they shouldn't require inquiries that undermine our credit scores!!!

i am also interested in their nfl card but will have to wait 6 months. i just got an apple visa. going to wait and app for either priceline or NFL or maybe both! i am a GIANTS fan. !! !

i have the cowboys card its a great card the balance transfer offers are unbelivable

awesome. can you tell us about your file at the time of when you app'd? was it easy/hard to get? did you start off with a good limit? the priceline card, or everyone says, is easy to get if you have good or average credit. i have heard that the nfl card is tougher?? it does have standards as it did come from bank of america at one time...

i had a priceline card at the time with a 6000 limit when i opeened up the nfl card they started me at 13000 i couldnt belive it i have had my priceline card for bout a year before that.

My highest limit otherwise was 10000 so itt was a little more then my other cards
