I have an AMEX card with my company, and i am not sure, is it supposed to be reporting on my CR?

AMEX Corp do not/should not report on your personal CR's.

I have one and have had it for a long time and it never reported.

Well, it can be a good thing. If your company takes a looooong time to process reimbursements, then your credit score would possibly take a hit.

Also if you have a lot of expenses every month, your utilization would be much higher if the Corp Card reported to CRAs.

It will only report if it were to default/chargeoff, which would probably be at +120 days late.

Ewww no bueno!

Though my corp has a whole department for this, so it usually takes a couple of days at most for them to be paid.
