EXCELLENT!!! congrats!!! Just make sure you can afford it. jsut because they approved it doesn't mean to go out nad spend it. Save some fun money among othre things

THAT IS FIXED RRATE , BUT I DIDN'T LOCK YET , BECAUSE SOME ONE TOLD ME MAY BE NEXT WEEK THE RATE IS LOWER THAN TODAY , I REMERBER ON 02/2007 MY SCORE ONLY 515 , NOW END OF THE YEAR I CAN BUY THE HOUSE FOR MYSELF , CUTORMER SERVICE OF BOFA TOLD ME IF YOU WANT CREDIT CARD I CAN GIVE YOU ONE NOW WITH GOOD CL AND VIP CHECKING . ALSO BOFA WILL PAY CLOSING COST FOR ME . ALOT OF THING GOOD , IF I GO WITH THEM . I TOLD HIM LAST TIME I APPLIED CC YOU GUYS TURN ME DOWN . HE SAY NOT NOW . I AM VERY HAPPY NOW . I bought my Score from MYFICO.com , only EX . TU

EX 688

TU 699

I don't know what's my score they full out . today I gona to ask them . let see it same or not .

If you really want buy the house , shop around , don't trust no one . and also don't let many people full your CR . if you know your score , go apply with big comany , good luck . and happy new house soon .

DTI is your Debt to Income ratio. You should have gotten that when you applied for the loan.

Oh I just give them my income tax 2 years . and pay check every week . and I told them I want loan 194k . all my cc pay in full , but they didn't update yet . and I told them I put down 10k . I have payment car 500 , child support 420 .in my CR .
