      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to transfer credit from one chase card to another like Amex lets you do? &amp;nbsp;I have a UA Chase with a $15k limit and Sapphire with $5k, I'd like to bring $5k over from the UA to the sapphire.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
