Newest Resident in PRIMEville

Got my AMEX Blue card today, and got my CL it totally suprised me, I figured I would get 2,000 at the first since its my first prime card and my highest reporting credit limit. I was given $6,000 my highest limit yet. Better than my tigerdirect prefered account $4000, that isn't even reporting yet. My next highest card is my cap one platinum at 2000.

Probably not going to request a CLI at 61 days, best to just wait till 6 months, don't want to make waves untill my 2011 taxes are filed, in case of FR, so they can see my AGI near what I stated on my app, since I was unemployed all 2010 and 1/2 of 2009, but got a good job in march of this year and reported my income on the app based on that pay rate. In a year I could be pushing the maximum for automatic CLI's anyway, I heard it was 25k.

I think Amex is openning up credit, since I got 10,500 on Clear few months back (before that highest was 6,600) and my wife got 11,800 on BCE ( before that she had 4,000 as her highest CL.

Congrats! Also, your TIgerdirect acccount will never report unless you get late payments - only reports baddies, doesn't report as an open tradeline though. Same with Newegg and other BML lines of credit.
