Penfed promise card

hello all

Boy i couldn't resist this card 7.49% for 3yrs after 9.99% ( just app for this card and forgot that my EXp is frozen).haven't apped in over a year.

got the app is under review screen.please check in 24hrs. i need to balance transfer a little over $12,000.00 and the rest of my card were no good for it.....
