      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you attempt to apply for their CC online, CA is not listed as an available option to select as the State. Also, you get a checkbox on the online app that&amp;nbsp;with this question&amp;nbsp;'I have past due credit obligations, a limited credit history or have filed for bankruptcy'. If you click on it, they recommend their secured card. Sooo...with you being in CA and also a BK, don't think you can apply or be approved with them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
