Approved NFCU

Just got word of my approval for the NFCU Cash Rewards Card. They set the initial credit limit at 2500. I opened an account in July with them and applied but it was denied. I applied yesterday and after they verified my employment, it was approved. I have a dismissed Chapter 13 from 2/2011 but no lates in several years and a decent AAoA and utilization. They have been awesome to work with. I can start paring down some of these rebuilder cards such as First Premier and Cap1.

I just applied 2 days ago and they pulled TU for my cashRewards Visa.

Thanks to all in this forum for being so awesome. I have done so much improving my scores and gaining a foothold to financial stability because of your blogs here. I decided to apply at NFCU after reading everyone's comments about the CU's dispensing of love in their financial products along with their credit limits. Yesterday in the AM my account with them was approved and activated. Last night I was flagged about their rewards card in my offers. After debating with myself whether to apply or not, (5seconds) , I decided to accept. NFCU showed me their love with a instant approved $12,500.00 CL. Being a retired A.F. member and recognizing only A.F. achievements in my Post AF career, I have to admit that NFCU you are awesome !!!

Starting Scores: all 3, low 600's

I agree 100%...I've been with them for about 10 years; and I have nothing but good things to say about them!

I keep hearing Great things about NFCU but am sad I have no way of getting my foot in the door. Congrats to everyone that is with them.
