I have a BoA Platinum card that started as a $500 secured card, graduated, CLI buttons a few times now 4,000 credit limit but stopped using it for lack of rewards.

Just got this physical mail.

Dear saaws,

Act now to earn 3% cash back (up to $25) on qualifying purchases with your Platinum Plus Visa credit card account.

registration code: xxxxx...

It doesn't say what is a 'qualifying purchase' but when I registered it said all purchases. 3% cash back up to $25 means purchase amount up to $833.33.

if you go to the link, you will be able to see if you're targeted even without registration code, they look up by last name, zip code, last 4 digits.

I got 3% on traveling up to $25 for my FIA fidelity amex. It's still not enough as I have 5% off for another 5 months on chase AARP.

I just got a flat offer of $25 cash back for travel purchases of at least $499.
