How is their "dedicated" customer service and how are they on CLIs?

It's amazing, but the no prompts dedicated line I believe is only for Sapphire Preferred which is awesome. It's AMAZING the service ))

Amazing customer service - call the 800# and a real person answers with no prompts . . . and they're in the US!

Yep. Recently they had a 500,000 point promotion, which could be redeamed for $500. After my mortgage and house other related accounts(i.e. Lowes and other new homeowner accounts) are done it's one my short list for 2013.

the "no prompts" line works for non-Preferred cards as well... I have one. And I have to agree, their CSRs are VERY GOOD!!

It's a 50,000 point promotion and it's still going on.

Since everyone has already answered your question regarding their customer service, I will refrain from telling you how great it is and the fact the same number works for any Chase card the 10th time. I will however answer your second question regarding CLI's. Chase isn't well known for playing nice with CLI's, and they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS result in hard pull. It's best if you recon for higher CL from getgo if you need more than expect CLI.
