Walmart FICO

When does it normally come out? I thought it was every 10th fo the month. So far nothing on my end. Do i need to do anything special or just log on to my account and just check my FICO score?

I signed up for paperless when i registerd the card and it gave me a score then. Just eager to see if my score has gone up or down.

Its the 10th business day so you cannot count holidays or weekends so should be by the 17th this month because the 2nd and 16th are banking holidays

Just unenroll and re inroll and you get the score that minute if you need it.

You can get your score right away after you sign up for paperless statements. This TU score will update every month on the 10th business day so you should have a new score on or about Friday the 13th this month! Maybe i'll just wait until Saturday the 14th to check mine!

It maybe the 13th but thats really only the 9th business day

lmao. unenrolling and reenrolling WORKS! technically you can do it daily and get your free score that way!

Probably not a good idea. They provide a free service, one that can be taken away.

I just dont want to get in trouble and since this is on a thread I started, I feel responsible to question it.

A comment about the enroll and unenroll thing: I seriously doubt that this will get you updated scores.

AFAIK, the way that the scores-on-statements thing works is that Walmart (or PSECU, or whoever else) gets your scores once a month and loads them into their system. They're published with your statement. The next month, they get an updated score, and they load that one it.

You can enroll and unenroll all you want, but you'll be seeing the same score until it's updated the next regular time.

Another comment: this type of continuous attempted gaming of the system is the sort of thing that makes good things like this go away, IMO. What on earth is wrong with getting your free score once a month??

Hrm. Which cards does Walmart give the FICO scores on? Just their Discover, or also their store or some other card which I'm not aware of as well?

Thinking if the mortgage gets pushed off, once I get my auto loan refinanced might be worth trying to get one just for the freebie scores.

I'm not sure that it's a violation of the TOS (people keep coming up with new stuff all the time), but if nothing else, it's abusing the lender's offer of free scores.

Yes unenrolling and then reenrolling does work I just did it and bang new fico score mine went down to 669 from 694 oh well that's from all the new accounts
