I was thinking the same thing. It seems like Chase Sapphire Preferred with the $95 AF comes closest. I read somewhere that the regular Sapphire is made of plastic.

I think with some hard work (which you are obviously doing) and some patience, you will be able to qualify for the Sapphire in less than three years. It's pretty.

I don;t want to app for chase until I reach 700 and next year. I'd like to get the freedom and hold it for a year before trying for the Sapphire.

Just remember, its plastic. Well, in this case metal, but dont let it control you. Its great to have dreams but dont do things solely on trying to please Chase. I learned this the hard way.

I understand. I'm going to create a good relationship with chase for at least a year before I try for the Sapphire. May want to build a 2 year relationship.

I don't have a Chase card yet, I want to get my scores in the 700's first (never apped with chase). Then from there establish a good relationship with them before going for the Sapphire.

Only thing is, ive heard Chase hates inq's. I have around 15. I did have to call but that was due to the fraud alert on my profile. They overnighted the card and I got it yesterday. So far I like their CS.
