Just noticed something about the Amex card.....

I signed the back also. They tell you when you call to activate to make sure and sign the back of the card.

I'm not signing the back of my blue cash card. The ink would show up through to the front of the card and would look sloppy :/

You could always call Amex up and request a replacement card (Just say it doesn't swipe anymore because you think it came in contact w/ a magnet. I actually had a visa card ruined by a magnet)
