Keybank Plat. Card?

I applied and was approved from Key Bank -- Plat Card. I was a little curious if they were associated with Citi Bank, as an inquiry was on my credit report from Citi/Assoc. The rep noted they "are" Citi Bank... Anyone else have this card? I tried in the past to apply at Citi's site for a credit card, am a student, and have been turned down... TU-660, EQ 660, EX 639

I actually work for KeyBank and our CC's are serviced by CitiCard/Citibank -- so that's why the inquiry came from there.

same underwriting guidlines, pull cra regionaly or dedicated to strictly 1, or the dreaded all 3 if you can share?
