      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just got off the phone with Citi and they won't do a PC from Dividend to Forward because "the reward system is different."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I told the CSR I would be willing to forfeit my leftover/unused Dividend reward points but she held firm and said they weren't allowing it at this time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have luck PCing to Forward recently?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I pc'd my Ty rewards to forward last weekend...called the bd # for card retention. I know it's not the same card but pc is possible</description>
