Bill Me Later Inquiries....I got a letter

There was a thread on how BML inquiries are supposed to be a SP & someone called to confirm with a CSR, Well....I called in December to get them removed on my EQ & the rep said she will give it to her supervisor. I received a letter today from BML stating on my recent phone call to remove the inquiry & the survey said.....we will remove the inquiry on my EQ report & it will take up to 30 days!! Yes!! so all you peeps who had a HP for BML, call them & have them remove it.. I will pull my report in Feb to confirm, if not she gave me her name & ph# if I had any questions.

I'm not sure if SW will automatically alert me on deletions of inquiries, anyone know?

They told me always a HP, which it was on EQ. SW will NOT let you know of inquiry deletions; though, it will let you know if your score changes as a result. You'll have to pull your CR to check.

Let us know if you have success. It took me 2 months, tons of calls and a letter to get the Barclay's inq removed -- even with their cooperation!

I sure will let everyone know when I pull my report next month, on the letter she gave me her name #ph# so if it's not removed I definitely will be bugging her.

Wait, HP to open the account or HP on future payments?

Opening is HP and all future purchases are SP

it was a HP to open the account, I gave the csr the date the HP was made & she said she would give it to her supervisor to remove.

Actually, all future purchases utilize no type of pull unless you want to go over your "allowed line". That is when they will do a SP.
