I have a cap one account that is a charge off, since they just recently started reported limits mine showed up as $100 even though it was a huge $200. I have never paid this and am waiting for it to fall off my report in about 9 months. Should I dispute this since it is the wrong limit or just let it go?

It now has a $1300+ balance with all of the fees added, hope it will just disappear!

I see no purpose in disputing this. Your credit limit may have been cut down anyway due to whatever was going in that caused it to eventually go to charge off.

If you had not settled the account, there is a good chance of them paying special attention to it you dispute it within collecting SOL. I would not be that bold.
