Navy Federal Cash Rewards Approval

Hey!!! App'd for a Navy Federal Cash Rewards card, knowing I would be denied, but to my ultimate amazement I was approved with a CL of $4k!!!!!

I was getting discouraged with the denials from Walmart, Barclays, and Cap 1, but this card outweighs all of them IMO!!!

Keep up the good work myFico community - I've learned quite a bit!!!

Navy seems to have great CSRs too. I'd advise almost anyone that can join NFCU to do so. I've read if treated them right they're very good to their customers. I've also read they can be just as rough if treated wrong... We like NFCU very much so far, hope they continue to offer no surprises (It's a refreshing change from things like BOA frankly).

Grats! I have to say I love my NFCU cashRewards card, I just went over the $10k limit so it gives me 1.5% cash back now - so I like it even more. It's what I use for pretty much everything now, except for the 5% categories from Discover or statement credit offers from Amex.

I'm going to try for an auto loan next, but I am going to wait until some of my disputes with the CRAs are done. Hoping for two more baddies to come off
