Dunno, I would've sworn I could find the MRE (Zync / Optima / et al) reward values on the old one, I can't find them now. Probably my fault but it wasn't a challenge previously from what I remember.

Perhaps I'm on the wrong site, but every Rewards link I can find takes me to the MR program, I can't find the MRE one period. Again, it may be something wrong that I'm doing.

Oh this could be because I'm a non-cardmember as well. It wouldn't surprise me that Zync holders have a direct link somewhere in their UI, actually I'd be pretty shocked if they didn't.

look at the top it says rewards......that one.... mine gives me my summery and then i can click on it to reddem

it puts everything on one page including checking spending limit. (which btw i have yet to use and i charged oveer $500 in just over a week. but if i use it will i get a FR) it also seems more clean cut with all info right in your face that you will need

Which means two things:

1) You're a card member already, with a Zync specifically

2) You're already logged in or the browser / cookie has saved your login information.

I have neither of those, and the default Rewards link at the top takes me explicitly to the full MR page for Green/Gold/Plat... incidently the same cards which they're advertising on the splash pages, you actually have to navigate a bit to even find the Zync (view all cards for example, it's down with Optima and other lower tier cards).

i dont think zync is a lower tier card. its a newer card for the gen Xer's its still in testing at least thats what the rep told me. its not even 3 years old yet

the new page is for all card members doesnt matter what card you have

Ummm... What new Amex site? I logged in, expecting to see something new & amazing... or at least "new", but all I'm seeing the same Amex site that I always see. What are you guys seeing that's changed?

My BCP account is relatively new so there don't seem to be many changes.

What I dislike about the site is it's business and continual marketing. For example: Maybe I'm a fool but... Clicking on "Card Features" should show the features of my card, not link to more credit cards. One basically has to wade through Amex's other offerings to research the card they carry. It's like how supermarkets always put milk/eggs in the furthest corner so people have to walk through the entire store, LOL!

I also find the app sign in screen a little annoying because 'forgot my password' tab is right under the sign in. It's easily hit while logging in.

If you dont see anything new there should be a yellow bar across the top of your screen with something like "See whats coming" On it. If you click it you get a preview of what were talking about.

One other reason your not seeing it could be that you have more than 1 card account.

Asked them to add the Delta Skymiles ACM card to my BCP for simpler management.

I have it for platinum. Looks nice with my name huge in gray letters then under is a large plat card.
