Just go APPROVED for Chase Freedom!!!

So, ive tried applying for a chase freedom in the past twice but was declined My credit was pretty low around the 580's but after about a year and a half of working on my credit, I applied for it again yesterday but got the 7 to 14 day response. So, I called in today and spoke to a rep and asked what my status was and was declined! So, I explained that I was in dispute of a couple accounts on my Experian because my TU and EQ is sharp. So the rep Recon my application and about 15mins later, she APPROVED ME!!! OMG!! to me this is a big accomplishment, it tells me that Im headed the right way, and everything im doing is working to my advantage! I hope, I can replace my CapitalOne and Orchard low limit cards and start building a portfolio of high limit cards

But everything Ive done to improve my credit report and score was because of Myfico.com, the advise, tips and other peoples postings have help me get out of my hole!

As of know, they couldnt tell me the CL but I would be able to see a CL in the mail along with my new CC!!!

My score:

EX: 630 (from freecreditreport.com - FAKO??)

TU: 655 (Myfico.com)

EQ: 648 (Myfico.com)

I also applied for a citi preferred card, lets see how that goes!

The CSR could tell me my CL due to reviewing in process. So, she said I should be able to varify my CL in the mail along with my CC. So, till then I wont be able to you :/ Sorry.

I believe you can find your CL if you call the app status number found in the backdoor numbers thread.

If it's instant approval yes the number will tell you if not then i guess you'll have to wait and see.
