Got Pre-Approved for Amex Plum Card and Approved Instantly!!!!!!

I logged into my Amex online access and I saw the pre-approval for Plum Card on the banner this morning. I didn't wait apply until now. I decided to apply for it. It didn't ask me for anything except the company's spending. It came back the following message:

Congratulations! You are approved!

For your protection, your new Card will be mailed to you at your home address. You should receive your Card within the next 2 business days via UPS. Your application status and additional information are below. Every Business Card we offer comes with the dedicated support of the American Express OPEN® Team, available online and via phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Let us know if you have any questions – we're happy to help.

I pulled triple report from MPM and they pulled EXP.

I got got approval email for Plum Card from Amex this morning.

Did you already have a business card or soemthing? How did AMEX even know you had a small business in order to offer it to you?

Yes, I already have business card with Amex and other banks. Other banks already have reported to EXP and EQ business credit report.
