Good Afternoon All,

I applied for a target red card last eve and was approved. My CL is $200. In looking a a few of the credit pulls databases it seems that almost everyone thats approved for the red gets an initial limit of $200. Has anyone had a diffrent experience? If so, what were yur scores? Also is target generous with CLI if you use the card. I am tempted to sock draw the thing.

I am waiting for mine to come in the mail. They gave me a 200 dollar limit too and I hope they upgrade me to their Visa card.

$200 is the standard initial CL. There are many reports of auto-CLI to $500 after 90 days, and upgrades to Visa after 9-12 months.

Then again, my 90 days came and went. My scores were high 500s/low 600s when I got the card; now high 600s/low 700s, and I still got nothin'.

Which CR did Target pull from?

I got my card with CL of $200 couple of months ago. Hope I'll get a CLI next month.
