      <title>Amex member apply for another error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone having trouble applying for another AMEX card if you are already a member? It tells me to put in 4 digit code and then it doesn't go anywhere. Then I go back and try going to another screen and it says I need to do standard app and then it won't let me get to standard app. Is anyone else having this problem or no what to do. I cleared my cookies and all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do it the other way, where you are not login and need to type in 15 account numbers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I only had a Clear, the online app would never work. No matter whether I was logged in or not, cleared cookies or not, Firefox, IE, Chrome, Opera, didn't matter. I ended up applying over the phone for my Blue Cash Preferred but made sure they would match the online offers first. Ever since then, the online application has worked fine. Added a Zync shortly after that via online app, no problem. The AMEX web site is a MESS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
