When asking for a CLI...

will they do a hard pull or soft pull? If I could get CLI's on my cards this would help util go even lower, but I don't want the hard pull! TIA

You have to call and ask them and hope they know what they are talking about.

That is the truth!

Since CSRs are so often clueless, this forum is probably a more reliable source for that info than a CSR. If you could post which issuers you are looking for a CLI from, I would imagine someone here will know whether they do soft / hard / no pull.
