dh visa is reporting 30 day late dec 07. I pulled the statement and I actually made two payments of 407 & 500 which are reflected on the correct statement.

Should I speak w/Chase or send a copy of this to CB & ask for correction?

I would definitely call the Chase and talk to them. Any of the recent lates will have severe effect on the fico score. Call them immeaditly.

Yes I would contact Chase.

I had a problem with HSBC once when I paid them before the next month's statement came out so that called it a "double" pay for the current month and charged me a late fee. I dont know if that happend with you but I would check it out.

Message Edited by marty56 on 01-06-2008 07:21 AM
