amazon declined - issue

I understand amazon/he uses a different version of TU. crazy thing is that when I received their denial email it listed my score as 028! Reasons among others were "open revolving" accounts and no mortgage/finance accts listed. This has to be a completely innacurate report. Also few days before being denied I was approved for Walmart and paypyal sc. Anyone know of a backdoor or even just a regular # for their credit dept? All I seem to find is the amazon cs.

are you talking about the store card or the Visa?

Does the store card use TU? I haven't gotten an inquiry alert on MYFICO yet and I don't want to be complaining around if it's TU. Thanks

They pulled TU for me.

Give them a call. This is the second case of this I've seen in the last couple of weeks, they have something going on in their formula giving screwy results.

I think someone else reported they had a similiar experience on the board with GE.

Store card. Called the number above.spoke to a csr who could only give me a mailing address to write a letter explaining what I felt was innacurate and once received the could reconsider based on the results. I asked how soon I could reapply hoping that maybe the day I apped there was some sort of glitch that might jabbed caused this, rep warned me that the same thing may happen and I could end up getting de.will try again tomorrowclined again...then my phone went dead!!!...I didn't even get a chance to write down the address
