I got my first "pre-selected" offer!

I opted back in to receive credit offers about 8 months ago when I started getting serious about rebuilding my credit. I got 0 offers for those 8 months, but tonight I found a Citi Simplicity "pre-selected" offer in my mailbox! I'm not going to apply and I'm not even sure it really means anything, but man it's nice to feel wanted again!

I've received 2 in the last 1.5 months since starting to rebuild (again). The 2nd one was today from First Preimer for $700 CL

I have never received offer for cards before I may have opted out before I had turned 18 so I wasn't tempted. Now that I have proven to myself I am a responsible cardholder, is there a way to opt in? I only receive the invites to app for the Gold Delta Skymiles card, but I think thats because I am a skymiles member, and have an Amex Zync...

Well, you said you didn't receive offers for the * months or so while you were rebuilding, since I am somewhat up the FICO latter, and somewhat in "prime" world, I wonder if it will be the same...

I've only gotten Citi pre-approvals even though im oped out and froze, but:

-I'm blacklisted

-The offers are way out of my league!

They're just begging me to waste INQ's!!!
