easier card to get

Does anyone know from citibank, which card is easier to get:

Simplicity

Platinum select

Diamind Preferred

Forward

And also Discover Card

Discover More

Discover Open Road

I am trying to get a Balance Transfer and i have cards from these companies and would like to take the available credit limit from my exisiting cards and put on a new card and take advantage of the BT.

One with an annual fee. LOL from what I've read on the boards, all citi cards a difficult to obtain.

Thats not totally true, if you have a relatively clean file Citi will approve on some of their cards.

I bet it's true to a extent. Stop following me by the way. Citi is the most difficult cards to obtain. They are very inquiry sensitive. I am sure plenty members will chime in on this subject.

I would think the bolded ones above are easiest to get.

I was approved for the Citi Platinum Select AA ($4000 CL) and Citi AMEX AA ($3500 CL). I'm pretty sure they pulled EQ which was 659 less than two weeks ago.

I think that this is probably resolved by now, whatever it was, but I did pull up your posts from today, and I don't see any evidence that LS was "following" you.

Well, there are multiple threads on the forums, and we have had problems in the past of someone following another member from post to post, across the forums, jumping on every post. So I checked that out, but I genuinely don't feel that was happening here. LS commented on several other posts, but not in a stalk-y sort of way.

As I wrote, LS is a prolific poster. And I for one appreciate those who give useful feedback freely. We motor-mouths like company, ya know.

Well I don't care about the little off-track comments everyone is getting caught up in but I disagree with Bodybuilder about Citi being the most difficult cards to get. I have a horrible history, but has gotten waaaaay better thanks to this site and everyone on these boards, but I was approved for the Diamond Preffered MC with a $1000 starting CL with subprime scores. My baddies at the time included collections,inq, high utl, and I think my repo possibly was still showing. So...yea...Citi is not the hardest bank to get a card from.

Good to know, I will probably give citi a shot some day. I got my eye on some other cards for now.
