Just received my Walmart store card.. TU Fico?

I am sure this was already talked about but just wanted to confirm that the TU Fico provided by Walmart is a true TU FICO??? If so what a jump! I had at early March via my fico site 639 and walmart just showed me right now 670!!!! Hope it is a true TU FICO !

It is the newest version of theTU FICO - TU08.

Thanks LS... not sure how still since I went app crazy in the last two months! I knew that would happen as soon as I went gardening I got the itch. I recently added Victoria Secrets, Walmart, and Nordstrom after a great recon!

Short term I know the damage is what it is by a few points at least from what I have seen in my case. I have a Discover card backdated 10 years as an AU (before I was married belongs to my dad), and Amex backdated my Zync and Amex Costco TU to 2005 although I opened them in Dec 2010 and Jan 2011 because I was an AU on my husbands Amex back then.

Barclays might be doing that because of a possible CLI. Has your card hit the 6 month mark? My 18 month mark is next month although I doubt they will be as generous as they had been with me.

3 months to go for 6 months with Barclays. I just hope they leave me alone. I use their card responsibly!

I am sure you will be fine! After getting the Nordis card I think I am laying low for a while. We are planning on purchasing home end of 2013 so I need these cards to blossom and no more inquiries...lol .

I must admit I do not frequent Walmart as much but occt occasionally I do or online shopping... That and the free FICO has been worth it. It is kind of funny when I posted the cards I have must admit just random I guess.

In the last year I have done it I want to say about 3x only. It was for a power wheel for my now almost 2 year old son..lol! I had it shipped to the store and dh picked it up but the box (and it was big) was in good condition! I do shop around trust me wish I could get the Chase Amazon card because that is usually where I do all my shopping!

Another question on the Walmart card... on the store card in the back it has a Sam's club logo??? Can you use it there? I do not have a Sam's membership (devoted to Costco) but was wondering. I noticed you can also use it for gas but really there are no Walmart gas stations by where I live.. Actually the closest one I saw I think was like 80+ mles from here. I am in Southern Cali.
