PayPal Smart connect and JC Penny CLI success

After reading that GE credit products only do a soft pulls for CLI's, I requested CLI for my PayPal SmartConnect and DW's JC Penny accounts.

I ask for moderate increaase. These had lowest CL on our report and I ask enough to make them no longer the lowest CLs on our reports.

Instantly approved over the automated phone system.

PayPal (1400->2000)

JC Penny (1400->2300)

Now the lowest CLs are, Walmart Discover (1900) which I got last month for free TU scores and for DW, her Capital One (1500). Will Walmart Discover (which i believe is through GE) also soft pull for CLI? How long should I wait before asking for CLI?

Yes, Walmart discover is GE and is SP CLI's. How long have you had the account open?

Yes, Walmart discover is GE and is SP CLI's. How long have you had the account open?

approximately 3 years for both. but, almost never charged anything on them. Probably twise on PayPal and once on JC Penny

In general, you need to wait 4 months between CLI requests. Best wishes on growing your cards.
